Dear Avi,
Please excuse me for sending this note to you by E Mail but my wife and I have been extremely busy setting up our new apartment since you and your excellent team of movers transferred all our belongings to this new location. But as busy as we are I wanted to send you this message of appreciation before I forget.

As you know, my wife and I are not so young anymore and the way you and your men conducted themselves was appreciated. Your packing and unpacking was done with the utmost professionalism and your willingness to make an adjustment in the delivery day was most helpful.

I cannot imagine how your service could have been any better. You were on time, anticipated all our needs, carried out your work with consumate skill and all the time with cheerful good manners.
